4. Ownership and Copyright

eevob.com respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. eevob.com is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. The materials on this site are the property of eevob.com, its licensors or a third party, and are protected by U.S. copyright laws, international conventions and other copyright laws.

All materials and images on this site are considered to be copyrighted to its rightful owner(s). Title to all such copyrighted materials and images will at all times remain with the rightful owner(s). Except as explicitly provided in this agreement, you may not distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any of the materials on eevob.com. 5. User Account, Password, Security, Fees and Conduct

You create a username and password when completing the registration process required for access and participation to various publicly accessible areas of the eevob.com web site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password for the account, and you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify eevob.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person or account from which such Content originated. This means that you, and not eevob.com, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the various publicly accessible areas of the eevob.com web site. eevob.com does not control the Content posted via the various publicly accessible areas of the eevob.com web site and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that visiting or using these publicly accessible areas may expose you exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. We may change the fees related to any of our Services from time to time. Our changes to any fees are effective after we provide you with at least seven (7) days notice of the changes by posting the changes on our web site. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our fee services and our web site.

6. Classified Areas and Forums

The seller, not eevob.com, supplies information about a particular item or service listed through our publicly accessible areas. The price and other terms of any sale remain subject to direct negotiation between the buyer and the seller. Please note that many times the prices listed by sellers on eevob.com may exclude sales tax, finance charges, licenses, shipping and compliance fees all of which may be added to the advertised price in determining the final sale price. Though we hope that all who come to eevob.com will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we can't verify the information they supply or guarantee the items and services they offer. When using this service to find a buyer, items you can buy or any related services, we urge you to use the same common sense and good judgment you would in responding to a classified ad in the newspaper. eevob.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the purchase, sale, trade, or transaction of any item or service offered through our publicly accessible areas.

While eevob.com encourages you to consult such websites, WaitAnSee cannot guarantee the prices, terms, quality, reliability or performance of the products or services provided by these vendors. eevob.com is not responsible for, and does not guarantee the performance of, the products or services these vendors provide. You release eevob.com and its affiliates from any damages that you may incur, and agree not to assert any claims against them, arising from your purchase or use of such third-party supplied products and services.

IF YOU RELY ON THIS SERVICE OR ANY MATERIAL AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS SERVICE, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. 9. General Information

This Visitor Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and eevob.com. This Visitor Agreement has been made in, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of, the State of Arizona. By using this service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of this web site. The failure of eevob.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Visitor Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Visitor Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Visitor Agreement remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the eevob.com web site or the Visitor Agreement must be filed within ninety (90) days after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

Section titles in this Visitor Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
